If you wish to spend a holiday with no stress, being in touch with nature, this little rural building, totally renovated in 2006, is the house you were looking for!

Far from the traffic of the town and marine villages, "la Dépendance" is located a few kilometers away from the heart of Noto, a town enlisted in the Unesco World Heritage List, and from some of the most beautiful beaches and wildlife reserves of the province. By car, you can reach in a few minutes the Wildlife Reserve of Vendicari, the Wildlife Reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile, Noto Antica - the site of the ancient town of Noto and in half an hour you can also reach the southern point of all Sicily.

"La Dépendance" is composed of a fully-equipped kitchen and of a big air conditioned room where, together with the dining zone, there are a queen size bed on a loft conversion and a comfortable sofa bed. Therefore, it's perfect for a couple looking for a romantic escape, for families with little children or for small groups of friends wishing to forget the caos of the big city.

The private garden will let you rest in the shade of our poplar and olive tree, take a relaxing nap in a comfortable hammock or cook a delicious barbeque. Moreover, it is all fenced-in so your four-legged friends can join you during holidays!

We offer to our guests free access to our vegetable garden where organic fruit and vegetables can be found. Our guests will also be so lucky as to taste all our fantastic products and to cook for their whole holiday with our amazing extra virgin olive oil!

Rates for one week for "La Dépendance" start from € 350, no matter how many guests. Linen, electricity and cleaning at the end of the stay are included.
