We grow our tomatoes as our grandfathers did, without any fertilizers or chemicals. Only water and sun.
We harvest them during summer. Then we cut them in halves, cover them in sea salt and let them dry in the sun on wooden trellis.
When they are dry, we put them in jars filled with our extra virgin olive oil and season them with garlic and oregano.
